About Us

At KPS we focus not only on our students’ academic education, but on their overall development as well. We aim to cultivate a cheerful attitude, confidence, and responsibility in students to give them a good foundation from which they can spring forward into further education. We also respect their individual development allowing them to build on knowledge and concepts accordingly.  Having these good values and habits firmly rooted in their early stages of development benefits students both in the present and in later learning years. By making improved student development the school’s core pursuit and emphasizing faculty professional development, the school ensures for its students a nurturing and joyful childhood. Through these strategies, our School full-heartedly pursues the goal of fostering high-quality human talent as a contribution to society.

School Mission

Our focus is on our students’ holistic development whether in mind or body. It is the belief of our school that students should be instilled with humane values and that the school shares this responsibility. Our school, therefore, places a significant emphasis on moral education as well as athletic and intellectual after-school activities.

With a curriculum that broadens our students’ perspective of the world by developing their critical thinking and language skills, we want our students to become balanced individuals who are proficient speakers of both English and the Kurdish language. Through immersion in our multi-cultural and multi-faceted learning environment, our hope is that our students eventually become young adults with a strong moral character, a solid academic and athletic foundation and, thus, have a world of possibilities ahead of them.
